In Singapore, the latest phase 2 (heightened alert) period was slated to end on Wednesday (Aug 18), but some rules have been relaxed ahead of this date. At the last press conference, the Covid-19 task force announced that more restrictions could be further relaxed including larger event sizes and more staff allowed to return to the workplace, if the situation remains under control.
